Acquisition of Watermark Projects Ltd by the W. A. Cooke & Sons Ltd. group of companies The company of Watermark Projects Ltd, with a 15 year history of design, manufacture and installation in the waste water industry has been acquired by W A Cooke & Sons Engineers (Est. 1926) Ltd of Walkden, Manchester, and will be integrated into their already existing group.

This merger makes good sense as their ethos is closely linked to our own.

W A Cooke & Sons are a long running family owned company established in 1926. They are involved in a wide range of products, with a good reputation for quality and service throughout the U.K. and overseas. Factories are located in Walkden, Manchester and Ely, Cambridgeshire. For many years, they have manufactured, assembled and installed a wide range of water treatment products for many customers.

The new company 'Watermark Projects (W.A.C) Ltd' will be involved in project management, manufacture and installation for a variety of customers throughout the water industry. We are particularly interested in developing Watermarks Flood Defence products which have been installed at many locations to the satisfaction of the Environment Agency.
