We fabricate and machine bespoke engineering products for a range of different industries from small and intricate items to full machines that sometimes require radical thought to get them out of the building.

Manufacturing facilities at our northern factory in Walkden, Manchester and our southern factory in Ely, Cambridgeshire help us to be competitive throughout the UK.

We have the skills to handle fabrications of any size or complexity and coded welding is available in MIG, TIG and MMA

Our ISO 9000 quality assurance system has been accredited since 1992. We continually strive to improve what we have already achieved and look now to enjoy the benefit of lean manufacturing philosophies.

Our fabrication equipment includes guillotines, grinders, rollers, saws, folders, welding equipment, punches, presses, oxy and plasma cutting and heavy lifting facilities.

Machining facilities includes horizontal and vertical boring, drilling, turning, milling and grinding.

Manufacturing is a huge part of our business and it is essential that we always strive for quality, our skilled welders, platers and machine operators in Manchester and Ely do a great job keeping up our excellent reputation.

We also have a segregated area for stainless steel fabrications to eliminate cross contamination with mild steel.

Over the last 84+ years we have manufactured many products ranging from small machining jobs to huge 90 foot rectangular tank scraper bridges. We can manufacture more or less anything from the small and intricate to something that will only just fit through our factory doors.
