Further Details Of Project

Design Features;
Heavy duty pressing screw with reinforced and hard-faced end flights.

Oversized bearings designed for unlimited life if correctly lubricated.

Simple and robust design that allows total inspection and overhaul.

Special advantages in operation are obtained when using our screw compactor together with fine screens and drum screens. These combinations will lead to high dewatering percentages, however, the majority of organic parts will be pressed out and returned to the plant system.

In the past few years many of our compactors have found their way into plants to replace hydraulic presses and even screw compactors of other makes because of their poor operation. After installation of our equipment, plant operation proved to be improved.
